Therapy Options

  • In-person Therapy

In-person therapy allows us to meet face-to-face in a safe, confidential, and supportive setting. Sessions take place in my private practice room, a calm and welcoming space where you can talk openly and without interruption.

Meeting in person allows us to work together in real time, building a therapeutic relationship based on trust and collaboration. Each session lasts a minimum of 50 minutes, and we always move at a pace that feels right for you.

In-person therapy is beneficial if you prefer the comfort of being in the same room as your therapist and find it easier to connect and be present when meeting face-to-face.

  • Online Therapy

Online therapy offers the same level of care, confidentiality, and support as in-person sessions, but with the flexibility of meeting from the comfort of your own space. Sessions take place via a secure video platform, making therapy more accessible if travel, location, or time are barriers.

For many clients, online therapy can feel just as personal and effective as sitting in the therapy room. It allows you to choose an environment where you feel safe and at ease, while still engaging in meaningful therapeutic work.

Sessions last 50 minutes, and we work together at a pace that feels supportive for you.

  • Clarity Session

A focused space to find perspective and direction.

Sometimes life presents a situation that feels heavy or confusing. A decision to make, a change to navigate, or a moment where you feel a little stuck. A Clarity Session offers a one-off opportunity to pause, talk things through, and find your way forward.

In this 50-minute consultation, we focus on a specific issue that’s emerged, without the need to explore your full background or history. Together, we’ll bring gentle attention to what’s happening right now, consider what might be getting in the way, and identify practical next steps that feel right for you.

Some people find that one session brings the clarity they need; others may decide to continue with regular therapy afterwards.
