“In my practice, you will always be met with compassion, respect, and sensitivity.”

Hello……

Hello and welcome.

I’m so glad you’ve found your way here.

Exploring therapy is a big step, and I know how daunting it can feel. In my private practice, I hope you will feel safe enough to speak freely, knowing you will always be met with compassion, respect, and sensitivity.

I work with adults and adolescents facing different life challenges. I support people experiencing grief and loss, anxiety, depression, panic, self-harm, suicidal thoughts, and low self-worth. I also work with clients navigating relationship difficulties, family dynamics, trauma, and the pressures of work and life. Many of my clients come to me during times of transition, a terminal illness diagnosis, exploring personal growth, finding their way through menopause, adjusting to motherhood, or managing career and workplace challenges.

Alongside my work with adults, I also support adolescents as they navigate the unique opportunities and challenges of growing up. Adolescence can be a time of enormous change, uncertainty, and pressure for young people and for the families who care about them. I offer a safe, supportive space where adolescents can explore their thoughts and feelings at their own pace, while also working collaboratively with parents and caregivers to help strengthen understanding, communication, and support.

Therapy offers a space to make sense of your experiences, sit with challenges, or explore new ways of relating to yourself and those around you. Whether you're an adult seeking support for yourself, a young person trying to make sense of life's challenges, or a parent looking for guidance, our work together can provide the time and space to pause, reflect, and move forward at a pace that feels right.

If you choose to work with me, I promise we'll take it one step at a time, in a way that is truly supportive for you.
