“In my practice, you will always be met with compassion, respect, and sensitivity.”

Hello……

I’m so glad you’ve found your way here.

Exploring therapy can feel like a big step, and I know it can be daunting. I hope that, in my private practice, you’ll feel safe enough to speak openly and honestly, knowing you will be met with compassion, respect, and sensitivity.

I work with adults and adolescents experiencing a range of life challenges, including grief and loss, anxiety, depression, panic, self-harm, suicidal thoughts and low self-worth. I also support people navigating relationship and family difficulties, trauma, work and life pressures, and periods of significant change, from menopause and motherhood to career challenges, personal growth and adjusting to a terminal illness diagnosis.

Alongside my work with adults, I support adolescents as they navigate the changes, uncertainty and pressures that can come with growing up. I offer a safe, supportive space where they can explore their thoughts and feelings at their own pace, while working collaboratively with parents and caregivers to strengthen understanding, communication and support.

Therapy gives us space to pause, to make sense of what we’re experiencing, and to explore what might help. Whether you’re seeking support for yourself, your adolescent, or guidance as a parent, our work together will always be collaborative, and we’ll take it one step at a time.
